Sarpaneva cast iron casserole pot is coated with enamel. Food cooks evenly in the oven or on the stove. The enamelled surface prevents food flavors from sticking to the pot. The detachable wooden handle can be used to lift the pot or the lid. Use wooden or plastic kitchen utensils to avoid damaging the enamel.
