Part Time Sales Administration and Studio Management
We are seeking a passionate, diligent, warm individual with a positive outlook and a keen interest in Sales administration and customer service to work 2-3 days in our Collingwood Showroom.
Desired skills and experience:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Use of POS, CRM systems (Dear and Xero highly regarded)
- Highly organised and self motivated
- A strong work ethic and can do attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Customer service, supply chain and warehouse experience in the furniture or architecture industry highly regarded
- Client facing - meet and greet and assist clients in the showroom
- Prepare quotations and general assistance to clients and sales team
- Processing, receiving and tracking deliveries
- Invoice management and reconciliation
- Customer service management, follow up and sales development
- Liasing with suppliers
